Assessments And Evaluation
We provide comprehensive mental health evaluation & screening services. Our team helps you identify disorders and will connect you with a mental health professional who will give you the care you need.
Therapeutic Behavioral Services and Psychosocial Rehabilitation
Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) and Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) services are an array of activities intended to provide individualized support or care coordination of healthcare, behavioral healthcare, and non-healthcare services.
Employment Service
Employment Services promote recovery through the implementation of evidence-based practices which allow individuals to obtain and maintain meaningful employment by providing training, ongoing individualized support, and skill development. Individuals will obtain a job of their choosing which will increase their self-sufficiency and further their recovery.
Medication Management
Our dedicated team of professionals includes highly skilled Physicians that utilize modern tools and processes to diagnose and manage individualized treatment plans.
Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment
(CPST) Service
Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) service addresses the individualized mental health needs of the client. CPST services will provide specific, measurable, and individualized services to each person served. CPST services are focused on the individual's ability to succeed in the community; to identify and access needed services; and to show improvement in school, work and family and integration and contributions within the community.
SUD Case Management Services
Substance Use Disorder case management services assist and support individuals in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational, and other services essential to meeting basic human needs. Case management services include interactions with family members, individuals, or entities.
Crisis Management
In the event of a crisis or the rapid decline of function, we are available to connect
with our clients to give
the required assistance rapidly.
